TUES/TH 5:45-6:30AM Boot Camp - This will be a six week bootcamp, starting on Tues June 16 through TH July 23rd.
The cost is $95 and you must sign up in advance to hold your spot!
MON/TH 10:15-11AM KID'S Boot Camp - This will be a six week boot camp, starting on Mon June 15 through TH July 23rd. Boys and Girls ages 7-14 .
We will start with a warm up then break into drills to build strength, speed, agility, and most importantly-self confidence! There will be some partner work to encourage team work- all in a fun and encouraging atmosphere!
The cost is $90 and you must sign up in advance to hold your spot!
FRIDAY 6-7AM Running Clinic - This will be a six week clinic, starting on Friday June 19 through Friday July 24th.
We will work on increasing your pace with drills and building your endurance to run longer and more efficient.
The cost is $60 and must sign up in advance to hold your spot!
